This package includes twelve one-to-one personal training sessions delivered in your home, focused on helping you build consistency and make real progress towards your goals.

Training at home offers flexibility, privacy, and convenience. Sessions are tailored to your space, experience level, and what you want to achieve. I can also bring equipment with me where needed, so you don’t need to worry about having anything set up.

After you book, I’ll be in touch to arrange your first session and discuss your goals, availability, and location. There’s no fixed session time booked at checkout — this allows us to plan sessions properly around you.

You’ll also receive a short welcome guide and onboarding form after booking, which helps me tailor your training safely and effectively from day one.

This package is ideal if you’re looking for ongoing, personalised support without travelling to the gym.
