This package includes twelve one-to-one personal training sessions delivered online, designed to help you build consistency and make real progress towards your goals.
Online training offers flexibility and convenience, allowing you to train from home or wherever suits you best. Sessions are tailored to your experience level, available equipment (if any), and what you want to achieve — whether that’s improving technique, building structure, staying accountable, or gaining confidence in your training.
After you book, I’ll be in touch to arrange your first session and discuss your goals and availability. There’s no fixed session time booked at checkout — sessions are arranged directly with you rather than through an online booking calendar.
You’ll also receive a short welcome guide and onboarding form after booking, which helps me tailor your training and make the most of our time together from day one.
This package is ideal if you want ongoing, personalised coaching with the flexibility of online training.
